Balanced stay experience
friendly staffconvenient publittered groundlimited breakfast
the front desk staff offered friendly and helpful service. the pub downstairs was lively and convenient for a meal. it made it easy to enjoy an evening without needing to travel far. the bed in my room was also comfortable for sleeping.
i noted the absence of a dedicated groundskeeper. this resulted in some litter around the building. the restaurant used to offer a full menu but it now has limited hours and a smaller menu. no breakfast was available which was disappointing.
